Welcome to the QRPayFlex platform. By accessing and using our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Definition of Services

QRPayFlex provides a flexible QR code-based digital payment system for optimizing transactions in fast commerce. Services include instant payment processing and digital loyalty functionalities, without the need for expensive hardware infrastructure.

2. User Rights and Obligations
  • The User (Merchant) is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided during registration.
  • The User agrees to use the services in accordance with applicable legislation and not to use them for fraudulent or illegal purposes.
  • The use of services for activities related to medicine, children, or religion is prohibited if it contravenes our internal policies.
  • The User is solely responsible for the security of the QR codes and the access data associated with their account.
3. QRPayFlex Rights and Obligations
  • We are committed to maintaining the availability and security of the platform in accordance with industry practices.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or close any account that violates these terms or poses a security risk.
  • We will notify users in advance regarding essential changes to services or fees.
4. Limitation of Liability

QRPayFlex is not liable for business, data, or revenue losses resulting from temporary service interruptions, except in cases of proven gross negligence. Our liability is limited to the value of the commission charged for the last 6 months of services.

5. Financial Terms and Payments

Fees for transaction processing are presented transparently in the Services section. Any changes to fees will be communicated at least 30 days before they take effect. Refunds are not accepted for commissions for services already provided.

6. Termination of Use

The User may cease using the services at any time by deactivating the account. QRPayFlex may cease providing services with 30 days' prior notice or immediately in case of a flagrant violation of the terms.

7. Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions. The updated version will be posted on this page. Continued use of the services after the changes are published constitutes acceptance of them.
